Hello! My name is Bijon L Banerjee and I am a front-end web developer - Learn more about me and let me help you today!

I began to teach myself code a few years ago and since starting work as a developer full-time, I absolutely love it. I enjoy the challenges that coding presents and constantly learning. Unlike most developers, I have plenty of experience in other roles including client-facing account roles, teaching roles, digital marketing, SEO, and a little bit of project management. So not only do I have the technical acumen to learn or build what the project calls, I have a great understanding of the bigger picture whether it is understanding client business goals or understanding what my teammates from other teams need to get the job done.

Connect with Me

When it comes to my coding style, I truly try to make my code scalable, efficient, and easy to read. I take pride in what my code looks like and do what it takes it make it easy for the next developer to work on my my project. Additionally, I want to go the extra mile in making the end product simple for the end-user (client or other wise) to use as well as make changes and edits. My goal is to not only produce the web app or site, but make it to where you don't need come back to me because you don't understand it. I have been on the other side as a non-technical where I don't understand how to navigate a CMS or make edit, so I take special care to make sure others don't feel that confusion. To me, your code, app, CMS, etc being easy to use for others is just as important as creating the fanciest functions and code snippets.

Here is what I know and what I have experience in.

When I'm not coding?

What am I doing if I am not coding? The most likely answer is something fitness-related. Similar to my mind with coding, I enjoy challenging my body and pushing it to its limits whether it’s, swimming, running, weightlifting, etc. I recently completed my first sprint triathlon with my eyes set for an Olympic distance one soon. When I am not exercising, you can find me relaxing with a puzzle and working in the kitchen learning new recipes.
